Shipping:
All orders placed through McPherson Guitars or McPhersonGuitars.com are processed and shipped via UPS Ground within 2 business days of placing your order (excluding guitars). Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service level. McPherson Guitars is not responsible for damage that occurs during transit; please inspect all shipments upon delivery.

Returns:
McPherson Guitars wants you to be confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, you may return eligible products for a refund within 5 days of receipt — provided the item is in new, unused condition, in its original packaging, and includes all original parts. This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from McPherson Guitars or McPhersonGuitars.com; if you purchased through an authorized retailer, that retailer’s return policy applies.

To initiate a return, contact McPherson customer service at (608) 366-1407 to obtain a Return Authorization Tag. For guitar returns, McPherson Guitars will cover return shipping costs, but a $50 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. For accessories or apparel, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 calendar days, though it may take up to 30 days for the refunded amount to appear on your statement.
