McPherson Guitars warrants to the original purchaser that each McPherson instrument is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper care for the lifetime of the original owner. This warranty applies only to instruments purchased from an authorized McPherson Guitars dealer and is non-transferable. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs or modifications, normal wear and tear, exposure to extreme temperature or humidity, or accidents. McPherson Guitars reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair or replace any instrument determined to be defective. All warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of original purchase.
